What is the "Hall of Obscurity?"

    In 2006, The Eagle Report decided it was time to do something different. Instead of seeing guys like Reggie White, Chuck Bednarik, and Harold Carmichael get all the credit, we made the choice to give "all the other guys" a little share of the spotlight. The "Hall of Obscurity" is a great thing to be a part of. It includes many former Philadelphia Eagles that many fans may have forgotten about, but immediately remember once you mention their name.

What are the requirements to be part of this select group?

    To put it kindly, to be in the "Hall of Obscurity" a player need not be very good. Obviously we have no trouble remembering the good players throughout Eagles history because of their outstanding abilities. The athletes we have written about are mostly draft busts, however they also include one year wonders, or guys who made a brief stint with the green and white. Regardless, we do this out of fun and not to insult anyone's favorite player however we doubt any of these guys were ever your favorite player.

I have a suggestion for the "Hall of Obscurity." Can I suggest it to The Eagle Report?

    Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it! There is no doubt many well deserving Eagles that we have left off this list so far. If you have a suggestion for The Eagle Report please let us know!
